Refunds
- You have 7 calendar days to request a refund from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase.
- If the refund is approved, we will reimburse the full purchase amount using the original payment method. The refund may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.
Refund Procedure
- Send an email to support@superkiddos.site with the subject “Refund Request.”
- Include in the email your order number, full name, purchase date, and the reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Exceptions
- Products purchased at a discount or on promotion are not eligible for a refund.
- Digital products that have been partially or fully downloaded may not be eligible for a refund if it is determined that the access link is still being used or has been shared with others.
